The Gospel and Religion – Mark 2:18-28

Pastor Rick Lancaster continues a series in the gospel of Mark – JESUS: The Servant of God. Jesus did not come to start a religion, nor did He come to end one. Jesus came to show us a way to the grace of God and a loving relationship with our heavenly Father.

The shortest of the four gospels, Mark focuses on the things Jesus did more than on the things He said. In this study we will see Jesus described as the Servant of God. Through that we should be able to see our own role in the kingdom of God.
