ATF Changes Form 1 - A Good Thing from the ATF?

The ATF has revealed some upcoming changes to Form 1, which allows for registration of NFA items, such as short-barrelled rifles. They will coincide with the change from $200 dollar tax stamps to zero dollar tax stamps at the start of the new year.

This is still a ridiculous overreach of governmental power on gun rights, but at least it makes the burden of their tyranny slightly easier.
