Angels are God’s messengers—pure spiritual beings created to serve His will and protect His people. The word angel means “messenger.” They move between Heaven and Earth carrying out divine assignments.

Here’s what Scripture and tradition reveal about them:

1️⃣ They Serve God First – Angels obey only His command, not human will (Psalm 103:20).
2️⃣ They Protect and Guide – “He will command His angels concerning you to guard you” (Psalm 91:11).
3️⃣ They Deliver Messages – Gabriel told Mary she’d bear Jesus; angels often reveal God’s plans.
4️⃣ They Fight Spiritual Battles – Michael the Archangel leads Heaven’s armies against darkness.
5️⃣ They Rejoice When a Soul Turns to God – Every act of repentance shakes Heaven with joy.
6️⃣ They Are Among Us, Often Unseen – “Some have entertained angels unawares” (Hebrews 13:2).

💫 Angels are not to be worshiped—but they remind us Heaven is closer than we think.
