Megyn Kelly is afraid of Candace Owens

I am NOT telling anyone who to be friends with or who to condemn; that’s not my business. But I do want people—especially people in the space I admire—to be bold and to be honest.

Every time Megyn Kelly is asked about Candace, her reasoning for refusing to condemn her seems very weak and dishonest. It seems to be that Candace is “under a lot of pressure” and a “young mom,” but all of us in the space are under a lot of pressure and attack, and Megyn will criticize Megan Markle (rightfully so) who’s not much older than Candace and also has young children at home. So clearly that’s not reason.

And unfortunately, when we don’t apply the same standard equally, it reads like we’re hiding something and/or afraid.

Similarly, Matt Walsh will wash his hands of James Lindsey for punching right in the wake of Charlie’s assassination and refusing to unify, but he won’t apply the same standard to Candace? And then Brett Cooper will defend Matt in that and do the same?

Again, I’m fans of all three of these people, but it doesn’t seem like they’re really being honest and rationale actors here. Don’t get mad at James for doing what Candace is doing to an even greater degree unless you’re also going to call her out for it too.

And if you refuse to call her out, that’s your right. But then why is James Lindsey getting that heat? #megynkelly #candaceosens #mattwalsh
