Johnson speaks on day 34 of shutdown

House Speaker Mike Johnson holds a news conference as the U.S. government shutdown enters its 34th day. The government shut down much of its operations on October 1 after Republicans and Democrats failed to reach an agreement to extend funding past the end of the federal fiscal year.
