Trick or Treat From The Black Lagoon

Halloween is here and that means costumes and candy. Hubie doesn't know what he wants to be this year. Everything at the costume store is too expensive. But if he doesn't get dressed up, then nobody will give him anything sweet to eat. Will Hubie figure it out before he misses all of the trick-or-treating?
