This weekend was a reminder of what happens when love and discipline meet. I got a land workout in with my daughter we laughed, we lifted, we dreamed about strength and legacy. She said she wants to get “buff enough to lift me,” and that right there? That’s purpose. 💪

Routine builds rhythm, and rhythm builds reality. Stay consistent, stay kind, and remember: your routine is your resurrection.
