Kidnapping Survivor Becomes NYPD Officer

25 years ago, 4-year-old Stephen Johnson was kidnapped from a Chelsea playground.

Two NYPD detectives brought him safely home.

Those same detectives reunited with him to pin his NYPD shield to his chest.
