Using Jalapeños: Jam and Cowboy Candy

I had Jalapeños that needed to be used up; so I made come pepper jam and cowboy candy. Neither of which I had done before so its always an adventure bringing you along for all my mess ups.
I froze about 2lbs chopped up earlier and still have about 1lb left.... 5lbs is no joke!
