Vic, Lance, and Bryan Forbes team up for a risky get-rich scheme. Forbes sets up a plan where Vic acts as a decoy, distracting the cops while Lance and Forbes steal a shipment of drugs from rival smugglers. Vic drives a look-alike van through Vice City, leading the police on a high-speed chase while his partners make their getaway. After a tense pursuit, Vic successfully shakes off the cops, allowing the operation to go smoothly.
