Liver Pancakes ReMixed

I first created this recipe years ago but it made a LOT of pancakes. So I thought I would change it up a bit, and make a smaller batch. I still really like these they have a nice taste. The beef liver has a bit of a taste but not strong. This is a great way to add some beef liver into your diet without choking it down.
