Spider-Man - "Where Crawls the Lizard - Electro the Human Lightning Bolt"

'Where Crawls the Lizard' has Spidey dueling with the Everglades-based "Lizard Man", who is intent on creating a reptile army and ruling the swamps of the world.

Electro the Human Lightning Bolt' sets Spidey against Electro, the costumed cretin who harnesses the power of electricity. Unlike Lizard Man, Electro is basically content to use his powers in immediate self-gain.
