My first time visiting the Pawnee Buttes, Pawnee Grasslands, Weld county, Colorado.

Video of my first trip to the Pawnee Buttes, Pawnee Grasslands, Weld county, Colorado. This strange landscape is on the Northeast plains of Colorado, with unexpectedly tall cliffs, and deep valleys. The pale colored clay soils are a result of ancient volcanic ash that accumulated around 30 million years ago (the Chadron Formation). The video contains some timelapse footage and some drone footage.
