This Ground Beef and Broccoli has savory ground beef with crispy broccoli served over rice and drizzled with creamy, slightly sweet and spicy sauce. It’s incredibly flavorful and it’s going to become one of your favorite weeknight meals!

Ground Beef and Broccoli

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
4 cups broccoli florets
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey, or brown sugar
1/4 cup water
4 garlic cloves, minced

For the bang bang suace
1/4 cup mayo
3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons sriracha

Directions
Combine soy sauce, honey, water and garlic together in a bowl.
Combine all the ingredients for the bang bang sauce in another bowl.
Heat oil in a pan over medium high heat and cook ground beef. Cook until cooked through, about 4 minutes.
Stir in soy sauce mixture.
Stir in broccoli. Cook until slightly tender, about 4 minutes. Serve over rice and drizzle with bang bang sauce.
