GEFNFL 48th Season Week 8 Super Bowl

[Week 8 Super Bowl - 10/31/2025]

Welcome back, ladies and gentlemen. Week 8 of the 48th season of the GE Friday Night Football League! This is our Super Bowl!! (Note for those who are new and don't know: the "GE" part of the name is just where this league originated and has nothing to do with the actual company itself.) With that out of the way, let's get this game started!!

It was another cold evening, with enough players to kick off a 6vs6 game and the Blue Team rotating one guy. That lasted until about the 4th quarter, when the cameraman decided to jump in to play, making it a 7vs7 game.

The Red Team started with the ball but got picked off by Brayden, putting the Blue Team in great field position to put together a good drive and score the first touchdown of the night with a pass from Tony to Greg. The Red then drove back down the field on their next possession and scored their first touchdown of the game with a pass from Tyler to Omar.

The game was pretty evenly matched throughout the rest of the game, with both teams trading touchdowns for touchdowns and picks for picks. Eventually, the Blue Team managed to pull ahead by two touchdowns with a rushing touchdown by Alex, followed by another rushing touchdown by Tony after stopping the Red Team on fourth down. The Red Team then made one final drive and touchdown with a pass from Tyler to Nick to end the game and our regular season.

This was one heck of a Super Bowl and another great season of the GEFNFL.
