Child Predator Caught In The Act During Traffic Stop

On December 22nd, 2023, officers with the Lake in the Hills Police Department in Illinois confronted 30-year-old Viktor Basha over horrific allegations that would soon unravel into a disturbing confession.

Police had received intel that Viktor had allegedly engaged in an inappropriate relationship with a female minor.

When officers arrived at an isolated industrial park on the outskirts of the village, the girl was there, Viktor however, was nowhere to be seen. Moments later, he emerged claiming he was searching for a lost key to one of the nearby vehicles. What followed was a disturbing exchange.
