Covid vaccine fired for reporting adverse reactions

I was fired for reporting adverse events of COVID vaccines to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) under emergency use authorization. I was legally required to do so, and I publicly criticized my organization on the show "The Highwire" with Del Bigtree. I also wrote a short piece for The New York Times. This was around the time mandatory vaccination was introduced, and I was asked why I wasn't vaccinated against COVID. I talked about all the side effects and the suppression of reporting on them. Two weeks later, I was surrounded without warning in the middle of my shift. I had just been actively caring for patients on the ward. They surrounded me and then literally threw me out of the hospital. The patients were abandoned that day.
