Waukegan City Council Should Prohibit Local Officials from Cooperating with I.C.E. (Part 1)

I explain why the city council of Waukegan, Illinois should go further than merely passing a resolution indicating a desire to prohibit city property from being used by I.C.E. (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) by actually passing and enforcing an ordinance indicating the same.

I also expose part of the history which the Democratic Party has played in creating the current situation with Trump and I.C.E.; namely, by supporting anti-immigrant policies, and supporting the dominance of the national government over state and local governments.
