We warn you, this video stimulates the appetite and pairs perfectly with a glass of red wine (ideally, of course, French). 🍷

If you find yourself in Moscow 🇷🇺 and want to taste real French cuisine 🇫🇷, you should go to Axel Nagy. His classic terrines and rillettes taste just like those prepared in France. And there is no equal to his delicacy meat pie, Pâté en croûte: Axel prepares it, taking three days. We tried it – and this, as they would say in France, is "magnifique" ✨.

In 2018, Axel came to Russia… for the FIFA World Cup and fell in love 💖. Now he has a Russian wife and two kids.

Just six months into their relationship, Axel and Tatyana realized they could be not only romantic partners but also business partners – specifically in Russia, although many friends advised Axel against starting a business here. This is how their family company, producing natural meat delicacies based on traditional French recipes 🥩, was born. Even despite the serious challenges with clients that began in February 2022, they did not close their business.

By the way, together with Axel and his family, we visited their dacha. Do you know what that is? Axel didn't know before coming to Russia either. In Russia, this term refers to a country house for relaxation. And, of course, the host treated us to dishes made from their own production.

You can also try Axel’s delicacies: he has a corner at the Danilovsky Market in Moscow and a website: https://leperenagy.ru/
