AUBURN, Alabama, November 5, 2025 — In an emotional Fox & Friends interview with Lawrence Jones, Eric and Lara Trump reflected on the life and impact of Charlie Kirk, praising his vision for empowering young conservatives and building a movement that reshaped college campuses across America.

Eric Trump recalled when a 21-year-old Kirk first came to him with a bold idea: “He said, ‘I’m going to mobilize students on every campus and create conservatives in every college.’” A decade later, Trump noted, “He built all of it. To see what he created — it’s incredible. We all loved Charlie. He had a profound impact on this country.”

The couple will appear tonight at Auburn University alongside Senator Tommy Tuberville and commentator Benny Johnson, celebrating Turning Point’s continued rise and Kirk’s enduring influence. Eric called it “amazing to witness everything that man built from a dream.”

Lara Trump emphasized the next chapter of the organization, with Erica Kirk, Charlie’s widow, taking leadership to strengthen outreach among young conservative women. “We’ve done great with young men, but we need to bring the women in,” she said. “You don’t have to choose between family and career — that’s a false choice. Erica and I are proof you can do both.”

She credited Turning Point with breaking the left’s monopoly on youth politics. “Charlie cracked the lid on the youth vote,” Lara said. “It’s up to us now to run with it, to get these kids involved. Turning Point was a big reason Donald Trump is in the White House today.”

In a clip from Lara’s earlier interview with Charlie Kirk, he described how conservative students now represent “more than half the body politic on campus,” marking a major shift from a decade ago. Eric Trump added that today’s college students are rebelling against ideological control: “They don’t want to be told what to think. Because of Charlie, they’re charting their own direction.”

Eric drew a parallel between his father and Kirk: “Charlie did on campuses what my father did nationally — he talked about the subjects no one else would, and he emboldened people to think for themselves.”

He concluded that Kirk’s assassination has only strengthened the movement: “They martyred him, and that solidified the love and loyalty of the next generation. His influence will be felt for fifty years.”

Lara and Eric Trump will speak tonight to a packed stadium at Auburn University, honoring Kirk’s memory and rallying students ahead of the upcoming elections — determined to carry forward the youth movement he started.
