I had many a technical snafu while creating this video.

A link the the other astrologer's Taurus Full Moon video that I made reference too: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m48EYvsjh6U

Taurus Super Full Moon Transcript:

In case you haven't heard it from another astrologer yet, this Taurus full moon is a super moon. The technical terminology is at perigee. It means that the moon is at it's closest proximity to the earth while traversing it's elliptical orbit around our planet. So it shall appear bigger and brighter than average. This also results in the moon having a higher gravitational pull. High tides being even higher, both literally and metaphorically. Especially coming off the first of three waves of grand water trines happening in the sky. While opposite a Scorpio sun, helping us to reach greater emotional, intuitive, and psychological depths that may otherwise be overlooked or passed by.

Full moons are typically a moment of culmination. A reaping of what has been sewn, the harvesting of the fruits of our labor. Even if that is, quite literally, the finishing of a good book. There is something about this full moon that has hints of a revolution to me. Perhaps it's because Uranus--the planet associated with shocks and awe, of rebellion and innovation, and at this particular moment while being opposite Mars, individuation and Independence--will go back into the sign of Taurus a few days after this full moon. The Moon will enter the sign of Gemini, conjoining Uranus, and then Uranus, going retrograde, will enter the sign of Taurus. This brings images of a relay race to my mind. The passing of the torch from one Olympian to another, allowing the light of Taurus to shine a little longer.

I recently heard another astrologer refer to this moon as the "sacred pause" accepting in all of the sensual pleasures. The sweet aromas that drift in on the wind. The glorious conflagration of colour at sunset. The mouth watering goodness of a well cooked meal. The music that moves your soul or makes you want to dance. The comfy feel of being wrapped in your favourite cozy blanket. The sense of satisfaction over achieving a task or goal. The ease, contentment, and gratitude of simply sitting in a loved one's company.

Being here now, in the present moment with love and consciousness. Even if that means loving yourself enough to let something go. Not out of a lack of love for the other, but rather out of the love and respect for yourself. Honor the being that you be, in all of your many shapes and forms. The many phases and cycles that you've been through, that you are going through, and that you will enter next. When one door closes another opens. The story can't continue if we don't turn the page. Being in the present moment doesn't mean stubbornly anchoring ourselves to one point in time. Time is like an ocean with unattainable depths, there is no tether long enough to keep us still. And if we try, we will sink the ship. Water can become toxic with stagnation, so let it flow, let it carry you to places you've never been before, to places you want to go, to places you never could imagine possible.

Let the world around you amaze you with it's spiraling fractal glory. Take the Fibonacci sequence for example, it is found a little bit of everywhere; in the shape of galaxies, in the earth's weather patterns, in plants and how the grow--from dandelion and sunflower seed heads to the growth of branches in trees, the cute rosettes of succulents, and even pineapples, in the formation of animal life such as snail and nautilus shells, different types of horn growth, and least we forget, for we are animals too, it can be found in the human body, with the proportions of the facial structure, the fingers and arms, and the spiral inside our ears.

Just take a moment to acknowledge the beautiful being that you are, and regardless of how things look right now, you are exactly where you are meant to be. And respect the fact that you are still growing no matter your age or stage in life.
