Gedonia 2 v0.31.1 episode 26, first test with Squad Mode

Squad Mode is a long awaited skill for managing companions and summons during combat in Gedonia 2. These controlled units are historically a little unreliable and dim witted, so being able to assume command over their movement, aim, timing of their attacks is a significant improvement for this playstyle.

There's a lot of bugs with it but they'll probably be fixed within a month or replaced in a way that makes the intended action work correctly. All the movement and positioning issues would be instantly fixed by changing the units' movement to be attached to the player character similar to how storm magic's lightning orbs work: they float and are connected to the player with a metaphorical metal frame, similar to how a car's wheels are connected and controlled through the axle. This would look weird since your units would appear to hover when the player character jumps, but the alternative is for units to frantically sprint around in circles for two minutes or longer while trying to figure out how to rejoin formation with the player character if you decide to walk up a single stair step.
