Other available utility energy help may be found at

Citizens Advice: If your supplier does not resolve your problem, or you need independent advice, you can contact the Citizens Advice consumer service (or energyadvice.scot if you are in Scotland). They can provide advice and, in some cases, raise a complaint on your behalf.

Energy Ombudsman: If you have lodged a formal complaint with your supplier and they have not resolved it to your satisfaction within 8 weeks, you can escalate your complaint to the Energy Ombudsman for an independent resolution.

Power Cut Helpline: If you have lost power completely and your neighbours have too, this is likely a power cut. Call the national free number 105 to be connected to your local network operator.

Smart Energy GB: For general information about how smart meters work, their benefits, and the national rollout, you can visit the Smart Energy GB website, which is the government-backed campaign for a smarter Britain.
