The Acolyte Connection to the Star Wars Sequels You Never Saw Coming

Leslye Headland somehow got a new art book made for The Acolyte and she is making the most of the opportunity. The $230 Million dumpster fire that effectively killed what little support Star Wars still had is finding new ways to cling on to its host like any good parasite, but instead of attaching to a juicy part, Headland is trying to tie her show in with the Sequel Trilogy.

The Stranger (aka Smylo Ren) is apparently a proto-Knight of Ren because why not? If the series was allowed to continue, Qimir would have founded the order and therefore not just break Prequel Trilogy canon, but also Sequel Trilogy canon. What a mess.
