👶 CHICAGO: DAYCARE ASSAULT
In Chicago, we witnessed a truly horrific breach on November 5, 2025: an ICE raid at the Rayito de Sol Spanish Immersion Early Learning Center (a daycare) in the Roscoe Village neighborhood. This happened during morning drop-off. The sanctity of protected sites like daycares has been violated, inflicting trauma on children and parents alike, as a beloved child-care worker was reportedly detained. Armed agents entering a place of sanctuary is an unacceptable, terrifying low.

🌲 OREGON: NIGHT RAIDS IN LANE COUNTY
This escalation is not confined to the city. We are also tracking coordinated, aggressive raids in Lane County, Oregon, hitting communities in Eugene, Cottage Grove, and Thurston (Springfield). Reports indicate highly alarming night raids in the local Thurston area, where armed federal agents are operating under the cover of darkness, designed to maximize fear and disruption.

📢 PRIMARY CALL TO ACTION: SANCTUARY AND WITNESSING
We must fortify our neighborhoods as true sanctuaries. The current environment demands maximum vigilance alongside the need to warn about the EXTREMELY ICY CONDITIONS facing many areas.
