The flood has opened a path back into the shadows. With the slums drained, Nilin infiltrates the Bastille Fortress once more not as a prisoner, but as a liberator. Nilin dives deep into the Bastille’s memory servers to free the stored memories of the inmates and reclaim her own stolen past. But standing in her way is Madame, the sadistic overseer who feeds on pain and control.
