As the holiday season winds down, I often find myself feeling more distracted than delighted. The busyness, pressure, and endless expectations can leave me drained—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. In this episode, I take a closer look at why gratitude can feel so difficult when we’re weary, and how it can actually become the key that resets our hearts. Backed by both science and scripture, I share how practicing gratitude can literally rewire our brains, reduce stress, and bring us back to peace.
