Garlic butter lobster mac brick — crispy shell outside, molten lobster mac and cheese inside.

Ingredients:
Mac and cheese
Lobster meat
Garlic butter
Seasoned flour
Egg wash
Panko crumbs
Oil for frying

Steps:
Mix lobster and garlic butter into mac and cheese
Press into a lined pan and freeze until solid
Cut into bricks or squares
Dredge in flour, egg, and panko
Fry until golden and crisp
Slice and serve with lemon butter
