Ubisoft CAUGHT Defending Switch 2 Game Key Card SCAM
Ubisoft is now defending the Nintendo Switch 2’s Game Key Cards… and gamers are NOT happy.
A Ubisoft dev revealed that Star Wars Outlaws on Switch 2 doesn’t even fit on the new cartridges. Instead, Nintendo is pushing their controversial Game Key Card system—where you pay full price for a physical game, but the cartridge only gives you a download.
Ubisoft claims this is about “performance” and the console’s SSD, but fans know the truth: it’s about cutting costs while charging us more. And with Nintendo already sending surveys asking if we’d accept more Game Key Cards, this could be the end of real physical games on Switch 2.
👉 What do YOU think? Are Switch 2 Game Key Cards the biggest scam in gaming right now? Or will people just accept it?
