Seeping sewage and piles of garbage are making Gazans sick

Stinking mounds of fly-covered garbage lie strewn throughout Gaza amid the rubble from Israel's devastating military campaign, spilling out along roadsides and between the tents where most of the shattered enclave's people live. With a clean-up far into the future, residents and medics say the foul atmosphere is causing diahrrea, skin diseases and other illnesses, especially for children. Lucy Fielder has more.
