OPINION: FACELESS YOUTUBE CHANNEL VS. "REGULAR CHANNEL"

I realized that these Faceless YouTube channels are more trendy than I first thought. I created one of my own well this is one of many and it got more views than my "regular" channel. Do they make money will my regular channel and faceless videos be monetized like I have heard about in all those other videos? where is my YouTube film trophy? well I will give an update, thanks for watching all of my videos.
