Born into a family of OSS/CIA/NSA operatives, Juliette was sold into the CIA's MKUltra Monarch program by her father at age six. She endured years of mind control, satanic ritual abuse, and a planned future as a CIA prostitute before escaping at seventeen. With remarkable determination, she rebuilt her life, funding her own education through university and medical school to become a physician in Seattle—all while suppressing memories of her harrowing childhood. In her memoir, *Sparky: Surviving Sex Magick*, Juliette candidly recounts her experiences as a survivor of childhood mind control and trauma.

While on a mission to enhance medical care for children in Russian orphanages, Juliette uncovered a chilling connection between state institutions and an international network trafficking young girls to Scandinavia for prostitution. Undeterred, she traced the operation northward into Norway, confronting the vast underbelly of the 20th-century slave trade. This pivotal encounter ignited her lifelong commitment: over the next decade, she traversed the former USSR—often at immense personal risk—to forge the Angel Coalition, a grassroots alliance of villagers, educators, police, media, and government officials. Together, they established an underground railroad that rescued and repatriated thousands of trafficking victims. As the Soviet Union crumbled, Juliette bore witness to a nation's rebirth, observing the Russian people's resilient quest for identity amid chaos and upheaval.

Under her leadership in Moscow, the Angel Coalition saved over 70,000 children in just ten years. Today, Juliette heads Our Country Our Children, an organization tackling similar crises in the U.S. Her journey weaves together medicine, international advocacy, and unyielding personal strength. She has also launched a nationwide public awareness campaign alongside her new podcast, *Angels Over America*.
