The question started with Mamdani, but once O’Reilly shifted to Cuomo, the whole room started cracking up.

O’REILLY: “So crazy. Look, first of all, he won because he was running against Bela Lugosi (Dracula actor), all right?

“I told Andrew Cuomo, ‘Why don’t you just campaign with a cape on, turn into a bat?’ The guy was as dour as possible.

“Mamdani, that is a good campaigner. I mean — guy was smiling.

“When he’s gonna come to your house and take your stuff, he’s gonna smile. ‘Thank you for the couch. Bring it on out.’”
