When your mission takes you underground into uncharted cave systems, "routine investigation" becomes a sick joke the universe keeps telling.
This subterranean adventure features all the nightmares you'd expect from exploring infected cave systems—narrow passages where ambushes come from every direction, darkness that hides threats until they're already attacking, and the unsettling realization that whatever lives down here has adapted to the shadows. The Majini topside were bad enough, but cave-dwelling mutations bring a whole new level of "nope" to this mission.
From navigating pitch-black tunnels to surviving underground ambushes, Chris and Sheva learn that partnership survival means watching each other's backs when you literally can't see what's coming. When your workplace is a cave system with zero lighting, questionable structural integrity, and unknown biological horrors, hazard pay should include therapy sessions!
