Hollow Knight: Silksong is finally here, but not every region is celebrating. In China, reviews are dropping fast because of a poorly handled simplified Chinese translation that’s left fans frustrated and disconnected from the game’s world.

Team Cherry has already responded and promised fixes, but this shows just how important localization has become in modern game development. Even one mistake can spark review bombing and damage a launch.
