Transportation Secretary: 10% Reduction In Flights For Safety

"We are going to implement a 10% reduction in flights over the course of the next week... We see additional triggers or stats that are going in the wrong direction and we want to make sure we take out that pressure from the system and make sure the airspace is safe."
