Following an unspecified post-apocalyptic event, three survivors—a middle-aged man (Adam Howes), a younger woman (Alina Chan), and a young boy (Harry Davies)—have formed a small, fragile community in a desolate rural wasteland. They focus on survival tasks like foraging and hunting, with the man and woman having a past romantic history. Their existence is quiet and isolated until the boy discovers a mysterious relic, that sparks visions and new ideas about their world. This discovery challenges their fragile relationships and leads the survivors to develop their own beliefs and rituals, exploring themes of human nature, faith, and the need for structure in a chaotic world.
