Why are governments denying access to Ivermectin for cancer and covid treatment?

Governments are in bed with big pharma who wants people to be and stay sick. Cancer and Covid as well as many other diseases is a trillion dollar windfall for big pharma and the medical industry. So they would rather we remain unhealthy and sick just so they can line their pockets at our expense!
