“Why do the deepest thinkers feel the heaviest burdens?”
Carl Jung revealed a profound truth: the exhaustion you feel isn’t weakness—it’s consciousness fatigue.

In this video, we’ll uncover Jung’s groundbreaking insights on why highly sensitive individuals often feel isolated, how “the wounded healer” paradox unfolds, and the path from pain to authentic empowerment.

• Why deep thinkers experience loneliness and fatigue others can’t understand.

• Jung’s framework of shadow integration and the danger of identifying with wounds.

• The four stages of empathic evolution from unconscious absorber to integrated warrior.

• The hidden purpose of withdrawal and why solitude is essential for individuation.

• How your personal transformation contributes to humanity’s collective awakening.

This isn’t just psychology—it’s a map for your soul’s evolution.

Step beyond victimhood and embrace your authentic power.

In my own life, I didn’t have name for it, for many years. I came to exhaustion and anxiety I felt because I had taken other people’s burdens on and made them my own. I am chastised by those closest to me but I have a hard time saying no.

I began to call this sensation as ‘absorbed anxiety.’ I absorbed other people’s feelings and fears whether I wanted to or not.

I would become depressed and would have terrible anxiety and had nothing out of the ordinary going on in my life.

I have to remind myself that those closest to me deserve my attention before others outside the home. I deserve to take care of myself before I take care of others.

If you care for others, be sure to care for yourself. If you’re not in good shape spirituality, emotionally and physically you won’t care for others long.
I love each one of you.
