Iraqi security forces cast votes before polls open to the public

Special voting was underway in Iraq on Sunday (November 9) morning, two days before a public parliamentary election seen as a key test for Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani and for a system seen by the country's young population as merely enriching those already in power.
