Deep-fried grilled cheese stuffed with strawberries and grapes — crispy outside, melted cheese and fruit inside.

Ingredients:
Thick bread
Cream cheese
Mozzarella or provolone
Strawberries
Grapes
Pancake or funnel-cake batter
Oil for frying
Powdered sugar (optional)

Steps:
Spread cream cheese and layer mozzarella
Add strawberries and grapes
Close sandwich and press edges
Dip in batter and fry until golden
Slice and serve warm
