The most important focus for healing

The biggest thing I believe we all need to do to heal is realign our circadian rhythms.

2️⃣The second thing I believe is essential for healing is nervous system work. A lot of that can happen from circadian alignment, which does a lot of safety signaling for the cells.

However for many of us, more conscious levels of nervous system work are very helpful. I personally have used and recommend somatic work, brain retraining, and vagus nerve techniques.
