RFK Jr.’s HHS just exposed deep corruption inside the CDC’s vaccine advisory panel (ACIP)

A new report from Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has exposed deep corruption and conflicts of interest within the CDC’s Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP). Long seen as the scientific authority on vaccine policy in the United States, the ACIP is now being revealed as a body compromised by corporate influence and political agenda masquerading as science.

According to statements from Kennedy’s communications team, not a single ACIP member ever voted against a vaccine recommendation. Not once. Even in cases where some vaccines were later withdrawn for safety issues, the committee never expressed dissent. Such unanimous compliance would be unthinkable in any genuine scientific body, raising serious questions about its independence.

Even more alarming, 97% of ACIP members failed to submit conflict-of-interest disclosures — meaning the vast majority never declared their financial or professional ties to the same pharmaceutical companies whose products they were endorsing. Ironically, while The New York Times is now criticizing Kennedy’s reshuffling of the committee, the paper has ignored the ethical rot that festered inside the ACIP for decades.

One striking example is Charlotte Moser, a communications graduate — not a medical or biological expert — who used her position to advocate banning unvaccinated individuals from public spaces like parks, pools, theaters, stadiums, shopping centers, and government buildings. Her proposals reveal the authoritarian mindset that dominated the committee during its years of unchecked influence.

Another member, Noelle Brewer, also removed by Kennedy, reportedly received grants and compensation from pharmaceutical giants Merck, Pfizer, and GlaxoSmithKline. The conflict is self-evident: someone financially tied to the same corporations they’re tasked with regulating cannot make impartial safety decisions.

Kennedy’s move to clean house at the HHS marks a major shift in U.S. health policy. Unlike prior administrations that shielded pharmaceutical interests under the slogan of “trusting the science,” this leadership appears determined to restore transparency, accountability, and scientific integrity. The message is unmistakable: public health cannot remain a private business for multinational corporations.

Mainstream media’s reaction, however, exposes its bias. Instead of applauding the reform of a corrupt committee, outlets like The New York Times have launched attacks on Kennedy, branding his actions as “anti-vaccine.” Yet the real threat to public health isn’t transparency — it’s the infiltration of science by money.

The ACIP scandal highlights a deeper problem: regulatory capture. Kennedy has promised continued investigations into the financial entanglements compromising federal health agencies. His goal isn’t to erode trust in public health, but to rebuild it on honesty and ethics — where medical policy serves people, not profits.
