D. Paul Fleming is a retired disabled U.S. Navy veteran, life coach, business consultant, and published author. He aligns his Native American spiritual heritage with his work as a holy man and paranormal investigator. His book 2442 Steps to Crazy recounts his confrontation with childhood abuse, trauma, and the journey of healing.

He now advocates for veterans healing from PTSD, trauma and childhood abuse, and incorporates shamanic-inspired techniques, sweat lodge purifying, sage clearing and the four elements in his spiritual practice.

In addition to his work with trauma survivors and veterans, Fleming has branched into paranormal and ghost-investigation literature—his book Mystery’s at the Windham Inn delves into haunted historic properties and dark entities.
