steam cleaning common hallway

The PT apt bldg super is super smart, he hired me to stop by once a week to clean the bldg. I also clean his apt.
cleani g an entire apt sucks since people have too much crap. I sent out flyers to each tenant offering steam cleaning for bathroom & kitchen only.
there are also 2 food businesses on the grpund floor, hoping they hire me to clean their window fronts.
(even for a bartering situation 🍕 🍦)
