Can Your Worldview Account for the Preconditions of Intelligibility

In this brief excerpt from the course, Creation, Science and Faith, Dr. Barber discusses how a good, legitimate worldview must be able to account for the preconditions of intelligibility.

Most people's – including most Christians' – worldviews today have no explanation, let alone a sound, rational reason, for the preconditions that must be in place before we can know anything for sure.

Only the Christian biblical creationist worldview can account for the existence of morality, laws of logic, uniformity (natural law), reliable senses and memory, which must be in place before we can know with certainty.

We must never let ourselves be deceived into abandoning the only firm ground, which is the Christian Bible, the ground of absolute truth and reality.

This clip is based on Jason Lisle's outstanding book, The Ultimate Proof of Creation.

Are you submitting to the Holy Spirit speaking in and through the Scripture? Or are you quenching and resisting Jesus' Spirit?
