Deborah Turness: 'BBC News is not institutionally biased'

The outgoing CEO of BBC News, Deborah Turness, has defended her reporters and the BBC a day after announcing her resignation.
Ms Turness and BBC director-general Tim Davie resigned on Sunday night following criticism Panorama misled viewers by editing a speech by Donald Trump.
She told reporters the BBC was not "institutionally biased".
