Be careful setting their SMART goals, especially their Stretch Goals.

You have people who need to meet their goals. It is who they are. Setting stretch goals gets them to work harder, BUT understand that those same people need to meet goals and making them impossible drains them.

Think about setting different levels of the same goal. The min, what you want, the dream. This can help all different types of people not only have an achievable goal or two, but allows your achievers to meet 2 or hopefully three goals on each item.
