How Jesus Lived — Authority Over Sickness

Before Jesus ever raised Lazarus, He revealed His authority through love and timing.

📖 John 11:1–6 (CSB)

“Lord, the one you love is sick.”
… When Jesus heard it, he said, “This sickness will not end in death but is for the glory of God, so that the Son of God may be glorified through it.”

Even in delay, His love was active.
Even in sickness, His glory was unfolding.

Jesus didn’t rush — because His timing was part of the miracle.
If He had gone immediately, Lazarus would have been healed.
By waiting, Lazarus would be resurrected.

🕊️ Lessons from Lazarus’ Sickness:
💖 God’s love doesn’t disappear when life hurts.
⏳ God’s timing may delay, but it never fails.
✨ God’s glory is revealed in the waiting.

“We know that all things work together for the good of those who love God, who are called according to his purpose.”

Have you mistaken delay for denial?

Can you trust His love even when you can’t see His plan?

What might God be preparing to resurrect in your life?

What Jesus delays, He always redeems. 🌿
