How an Accidental Science Experiment Became the Best Pancakes I’ve Ever Eaten 🥞✨

This morning started with a fridge full of too much milk and the haunting thought:

“I should probably do something responsible with that.”

Naturally, I did the opposite — I made cheese. 🧀

Then I had cheese guilt.
Then I made pancakes.
Then I realised I’d just reversed milk.

But… they were incredible. Like, “accidentally-discovering-fire” levels of incredible. 🔥

Here’s the accidental alchemy if you want to try it before I start a religion:

🥣 Cottage Cheese Pancakes (aka Reversed Milk Pancakes)

200g cottage cheese (mine was homemade because chaos)

100ml whey (yep, the leftover from the cheese)

60g flour

3 eggs

1 tsp Madagascan vanilla

Mix it all up.
Fry in butter.
Eat while contemplating your life choices.
